Privacy policy

Veteran Claim Roadmap collects only the information needed to provide accounts, memberships, support, reviews, progress, and user-created checklists. We do not collect or store claim files, medical records, Social Security numbers, banking information, dependent data, or private VA correspondence.

Do not enter sensitive information in the Roadmap or Compass Commander. Checklist content is user-provided, access-restricted, excluded from analytics and routine logs, and retained only while needed to provide the feature or until deletion is requested.

We do not retain raw AI conversations by default. Payment details are handled by a hosted payment provider. Contact support for privacy questions or deletion requests.
